College of Pharmacy welcomes Class of 2024

The College of Pharmacy welcomed 146 new students into the Doctor of Pharmacy program, which brings the total PharmD enrollment to 555 students this semester. This year’s entering PharmD class is the largest in the College’s history. The Class of 2024 has an average prerequisite GPA of 3.48 and an average composite PCAT score of 70%. The first-year pharmacy students come from 62 counties within the State of Georgia, as well as the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Additionally, the students represent 12 countries. The Class of 2024 is one of the most diverse ever enrolled, and they bring with them a wide range of experiences and knowledge that will serve them well as future pharmacists.   Click here to view the infographic.
