Congratulations to Daniel Chastain, Pharm.D, AAHIVP, Clinical Assistant Professor at the College of Pharmacy’s Southwest Georgia Clinical Campus in Albany, who was chosen as the 2020 Residency Preceptor of the Year by graduating PGY1 pharmacy residents affiliated with Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and the College of Pharmacy. Dr. Chastain is a clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at Phoebe Putney. The UGA College of Pharmacy and Phoebe Putney have jointly administered the postgraduate year one pharmacy program at Phoebe Putney since 2008.
