Dave Evans joined the College of Pharmacy’s Office of Student Affairs as Senior Academic Advisor on October 7, 2019. In his new position, Dave will have major responsibilities for student registration, advising, tutoring services/student success initiatives and orientation programs for PharmD students. Additionally, Dave will have oversight of student organization activities.

Dave earned a B.S. from the University of Alabama and an M.S. from UGA. He is a certified Georgia public high school science teacher and has worked for the UGA Agricultural Extension Service. After teaching for several years in a local school district, Dave joined the UGA Franklin College Office of Academic Advising in 2012 and has served as the Pre-Pharmacy Advisor for more than 2 years.
