Dean’s Challenge a Win for College of Pharmacy

Last week’s Dean’s Challenge–a contest to see which UGA college could get more people at a Lady Dawgs Basketball Game–was a winner for PharmDawgs in lots of ways! More than 150 PharmDawgs, including alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends, enjoyed a pre-game pizza pep rally at the College of Pharmacy. Then the group traveled to Stegeman Coliseum to watch the Lady Dawgs defeat Ole Miss, 78-56. During pre-game, Dean Kelly Smith was introduced as an honorary coach for the Lady Dawgs and heard last minute instructions from Lady Dawg Head Coach Joni Taylor who gave birth to a healthy baby girl 12 hour later!  What an eventful PharmDawg evening!
