The College of Pharmacy has entered the public phase of UGA’s Commit to Georgia Campaign. Our goal is to raise $22 million dollars by the end of 2020. The focus of the campaign is bolstering the financial support offered to our talented students. Through outright gifts, bequests and corporate partnerships we are well on our way to achieving our goal. What role can you play in helping us achieve that

As alumni, I hope you share my pride about all the good things happening at the College. These things are only possible through the collective efforts of all of us.“ – Hugh Chancy, ‘88, Chair of College of Pharmacy Commit to Georgia Campaign Board

  • Endowed Funds

An endowment creates a permanent legacy of support. Through endowments, philanthropy becomes a long-term investment in the programs and students at the College of Pharmacy. Endowment assets are invested and each year, a portion of the value of the fund is paid out to support the fund’s purpose. Earnings in excess of distributions for purpose are used to build the endowment’s market value. In this way, an endowment can grow and provide support in perpetuity.

Our endowment allows us to be less dependent upon less predictable sources of income, ensuring that our programs and people have the resources they need to sustain and grow their work in the future.

We are abundantly grateful to our donors that have made long-term investments in the College of Pharmacy!
