Gordon Thomas joined the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in 2020 as a Major Gifts Officer. In this role, he leads fundraising efforts to secure philanthropic support for the College, cultivating relationships with alumni, corporations, and other stakeholders to advance the College’s mission and strategic priorities.

Before joining the College of Pharmacy, Gordon worked at UGA’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where he began in annual giving and advanced to a role in major gifts. During his time there, he helped secure millions in philanthropic dollars for meaningful support from both veterinary alumni and clients of the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Prior to his tenure at the University of Georgia, Gordon worked at Georgia College.

Gordon earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgia College. He and his wife, Katarina, a proud UGA grad, live in Athens with their three cats—Gus, Clementine, and Oliver.
