Three businesses led by UGA College of Pharmacy graduates were named to the 2024 UGA Bulldog 100 list, which recognizes the 100 fastest growing, alumni-owned businesses. These honorees include Clark Drug Company (Starr Clark ‘87, Ben Ross ’08), King’s Hometown Pharmacy (Dorris Hyer ‘12, John Hyer ‘12), and SynerGrx (Naveed Tharwani ’11).
“We are immensely proud of these individuals and the caliber of entrepreneurs they are in the pharmacy field,” said Dean Kelly Smith. “Bulldog 100 is a prestigious business list and to have the College of Pharmacy represented by these alumni is rewarding. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to them.”
The Bulldog 100 celebration was held February 9th, when the 100 businesses were recognized. Selections for the list are based on the business’ compounded annual growth rate during a three-year period.
