The Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences welcomes new employee Amanda Long, Administrative Associate II. A native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Education. Prior to becoming a PharmDawg, Amanda was a grants specialist in the UGA Office of Research. In her position at the college, she oversees lab orders and provides administrative support to faculty. After hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their dachshund, Gus. Family hobbies include outdoor activities, visiting art museums and exhibitions, and watching soccer matches. Welcome, Amanda!
